This prayer meeting recap and encouragement is coming a little late in the week, but hopefully it is a good reminder that we always got your back in prayer. THANK YOU for your continued prayer for Dayn as he battles some lingering health complications from his appendicitis surgery over two weeks ago. Let’s continue to storm heaven on his behalf!

The theme of our time of prayer over your business this week was walking with humility and as God’s child. We prayed for you to grow in your identity as a son or daughter of God and to follow His direction in your work. It is easier said than done to serve God and trust Him with the outcome. Sometimes we want to be the hero, the leader, the one who gets all the credit, or the one who others look to for answers. This is not inherently wrong to share in the likeness of Christ, but more often than not we are called to be humbled and first serve just as Jesus did on earth.

The Scripture passage we prayed out of was Matthew 23:1-12 where Jesus says:

“Do you want to stand out? Then step down. Be a servant. If you puff yourself up, you’ll get the wind knocked out of you. But if you’re content to simply be yourself, your life will count for plenty.” – The Message Version

We love hearing about what is going on in your business every week. The good, the bad, the successes, and the failures, we want to pray for all of it and stand alongside you in intercession! We pray and hope that you continue to press into the “one Life-Leader” we all have – Jesus Christ.
